Just as we carefully curate each Disney Traditions piece and authenticate every Loungefly bag in our collection, we approach your satisfaction with the same level of dedication and care. We understand that sometimes a collectible may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make things right with the same magic you expect when unboxing your treasures.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to carefully inspect your collectibles and ensure they meet your collection standards.
Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Contact Our Collectors’ Support Team
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package Your Items Securely
Pack your items in their original packaging with all included materials, using the same careful attention we give to packaging your Loungefly bags and fragile figurines. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship to Our Collector’s Home

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable collectibles.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and specify the item you’d like to exchange for. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item and will notify you when your new collectible ships.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our collectors’ community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Collectibles that are no longer in mint condition
- Items from Limited Edition Collections (Disney Showcase, Disney Traditions)
- Seasonal Items (Christmas, Halloween collections) after their respective holidays
- Items that show signs of display or handling
- Personalized or custom-ordered collectibles
All items must be returned in their original condition with tags, certificates of authenticity, and all original packaging materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect collectible, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you, with the same care we take in authenticating our Jim Shore figurines and Enesco collectibles.
